The Inquiry is revealing the incompetence and lies by the squad of punk, RCMP officers.

All the bullshit about a “stapler”; about the cops being scared of an unarmed man who turns his back on them and throws his hands in the air..what utter rubbish!

This was not an arrest. It was a premeditated execution.

I’ve just about had enough of this shit…

The RCMP fucked-up royaly due to incompetent officers in this incident. I can’t believe the Crown doesn’t see grounds for any charges. But then, why should we be surprized… it’s code in law enforcement to stand in defense of others mistakes. I wouldn’t trust these fuckers to look after my dog for a weekend. Power-hungry, descensitied assholes as far as I’m concerned. I laughed as I listened to the testony offered by the officer in today’s inquiry…he hasn’t even yet convinced himself of his testimony…obviously being coached. You’re all a bunch of fucking incompetent assholes who’ll probably escape the wrath of your peers but won’t escape their final judgement. Come clean or I hope you all suffer the same injustice you inflicted on Robert Dziekansjki! Good luck to you assholes!

The mother told her son that she would meet him at the baggage area of the airport. Sadly she was incorrect as that is a secured area for international travel. There has to be some responsibility taken by the mother as her son knew no English. She would have been smart to have given him a dictionary that he could have held and pointed to a polish word showing English translation or something to that affect.
The airport security itself has to hold some responsibility as they would have or should have been aware of this man in this area for so long without checking with him and then realizing he did not speak English and in turn should have attempted to locate someone that spoke what would obviously be a European language- not oriental, not french.
However again the mother knew he spoke No English. She would have been a responsible parent had she spent 3 bucks on purchasing a Polish- English dictionary for him where at least people could point out words in attempt to speak with him. That in itself would have also shown anyone offering to help the language he spoke- Polish!
The RCMP were called AFTER HOURS of this man waiting around for his mother and understandably becoming irate.
The airport mishandled this whole event! They should be held accountable- not the RCMP. The mother as well has to accept some responsibility for her sons death in advising him incorrectly that she would meet him at the baggage area.
Whomever she spoke with in an attempt to locate her son if she told them he speaks NO ENGLISH, they should have taken the steps to find someone who works at the airport who did or spoke some Russian whereas a few words here or there would have been understood and therefore the whole situation non-existent.
By the time the RCMP arrived they were dealing with a man who was irate, irrational and totally confused and exhausted. These same events of the individual warrants the RCMP ensuring the safety of the general public and themselves.
Unfortunately, the mother should have explained a heck of a lot more to her son prior to his arrival and also what the RCMP are- police. When we all visit countries that are very different it is our responsibility to ensure we have a general idea of what their culture is and what the word police is in their country as well as hospital. For those who do not take this measure are ignorant and there is no excuse.

We are not just a bunch (80% of the population) of gorw op attendees not believing Koester’s lies, mv.

Nope, we just don’t except lies, and cover-ups after a citizen has been shot in the back of the head,nor does a certain population of the rcmp apparantly.

SGT Duncan also testified that he saw no bruising around Koester’s neck that would have been consistent with having been choked; nor did his photos reveal any bruising.

SGT Duncan also said the bullet was found still lodged in Bush’s head – anyone could figure out that a shot within that close of range would have went straight through the head.

SGT Hignell said the scenario was consistent with the blood pattern evidence, but was not the only way it could have occurred. He also stated, “It would not be an easy feat to do this manoeuvre.

-Ambulance attendants had to wait outside the detachement before they were allowed inside.

-Officers attended the autopsy offering their theories.

-An 8 inch bruise on Bush’s thigh, overlooked.

-At the inquest, rcmp investigators were not allowed to demonstrate how it would be possible for koester to reach behind him and shoot bush in the back of the head.

_when a journalist asked rcmp about contradictory stories, constable John Ward said the public the public doesn’t have a right to know anything (ouch!)

Seriously mv,Koester’s self defense claim is far too weak to push on the streets of Canada.No-one knows what actually happened in that room. The other side of the story is buried.
Perhaps it could be the budget of training the rcmp does not allow for proper hand-to-hand combat? I that is the case then Koester should be claiming it-at least it would be believable.
Your advice, People should just do what they do and leave the police alone is what the public was comfortable doing in the day of real Police Work

unfortunately george, thats what people like ‘ds’ and ‘anti rcmp brutality’ do, they find a small, unproven lie that could destroy someone’s life and then they proclaim it as fact…and demand that someone be held responsible for it. i don’t think that anyone on here knows the truth of what happened at YVR and so they should stop throwing out accusations!! let the rcmp do their job, and go back to doing whatever it is you occupy your time with. ian bush was killed because he was attacking an officer. if you beat up a police officer, you will have to suffer the consequences…thats pretty simple. if you are beating up a cop, chances are you should consider the possibility that they may feel the need to defend themselves. any one of you can go lock yourself in a small room with a hostile, abusive, drunk and see what you do.

I have returned to revise my last post. I did not learn that unproven scenerio – it is in fact merely a theory that one citizen has thought in trying to make sense of the rcmp madness.

Places the lack of truth can go is endless. I suppose there will be many scenerio’s (in theory) springing.
